President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Abeokuta, Ogun State capital. Buhari is in the state to commission some of the projects of the outgoing Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, christened “Legacy Projects”.
His presidential chopper, NAF 540, touched down at Arcade Ground, State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan at exactly 10:18am on May 25th, 2019. He was received by Governor Ibikunle Amosun, Governors Akinwunmi Ambode (Lagos); Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti) and Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo), Others
There is something binding amosun and buhari. It's beyond politics at all. Despite what happened during the last election period, buhari still have to shunned other important engagements for this ogun visit. Remember he only sent osibanjo to imo state instead of him being on ground. Infact he should be in South Africa today at their president's inauguration but he sent osibanjo again to represent him. Amosun and buhari are too close to be separated by sentiments.
